What is the current maximum number of records returned per GET service for our customerid?
The maximum number of records returned per GET request is a configurable property of the channel. The default is set at 2048. Messages available on the stream expire after 7 days. If your system is not able to request changes for more then 7 days, a new IDT should be requested to ensure that your copy of the data is accurate. GET requests should be scheduled frequently.
