Onboarding iForm Data Get Json or XMl format

I need an example of how to retrieve data stored on an below iCIMS iforms in Json or Xml format using API calls.
1. Voluntary Self Identification of Disability (Post Offer)
2. Voluntary Self Identification of Veteran Status (Post Offer)

Can you please provide me field Names for below forms such that we can query in API call.

1. Voluntary Self Identification of Disability (Post Offer)
2. Voluntary Self Identification of Veteran Status (Post Offer).
3. Discharge Date in Driver / Non Driver Application form

Is this for a sandbox or a specific client? If this is for a client please get the iForm names from the client or you can open a support case through iCare https://care.icims.com/s/contactsupport on behalf of the client. If this is for a sandbox environment and you are building a standard connector please email the UNIFi team and specify the sandbox name.
