How do get the Job Internal posting URL?

We're trying to find the Internal Posting URL for Job. Is this able to be called via the API?

Are internal jobs on a separate job portal with its own unique portal number?

If you are working on a project, the Integration Specialist will need to provide the name or Portal ID of the internal job portal. This is typically separate from the external portal and separate queries are needed.
