Applicant workflow status



Is it possible to get the history of the applicant workflow status without using integration events?

Also, I see that there is an option for an admin to add / remove statuses from the list, can it be done in the sandbox? because I don't have a "hired" status. Is there a way to use the API to get a complete list of the applicant workflow possible statuses?

It is common to have an initial data sync in the onset of a project to synchronize the vendor and iCIMS platform data. One suggestions is to use event notifications to set up triggers to a REST endpoint. The client could define the most important touch-points in their workflow (ex: Interviewed, Offer Accepted, Hired) and an event is sent to the vendor when the candidate is advanced to any defined statuses.

Each client's iCIMS platform is configurable and the workflow statuses may be different. The sandbox environment shows a small sample of workflow statuses for testing.

While there is no current functionality to query for the list of statuses in a client platform via API, there is a way for your iCIMS Integration Specialist during a project to provide these values.

This exercise will need to be completed for each integration project you have with a client if you are mapping statuses.
