Error: Entire record failed to import due to error: A person with the specified First Name, Last Name, Email already exists

Does anyone know how to avoid this error? Does anyone know the syntax to query the database to find the employee record that already has these attributes?

On a flat-file import, you will see some records fail for this reason - duplicate records. The entire file would not fail unless all records were duplicate. You can perform a person search within the client platform by name or email.
