Handling error Response

As part of integrations, we are sending some custom error message for specific failure scenarios(as mentioned in https://developer.icims.com/REST-API/Error-Handling-and-Reporting)
but not sure where we can see those error message in UI in case the request failed. In UI after triggering the event I am not able to see the error messages

On a Workflow Status Change event if you respond with a 400 and code the error response correctly the message will be displayed to the user in a pop-up UI. https://developer.icims.com/REST-API/Error-Handling-and-Reporting
