Despite the fact that we request a JSON content via the Header `Content-Type: application/json`, we receive HTML when receiving "Service temporarily unavailable" error.
Would it be possible to receive JSON as documented on https://developer.icims.com/icims-platform/error-handling?
Best,
Here is what we currently receive:
JSON::ParserError: 765: unexpected token at '<html><head><title>AUV : Maintenance : liveops.icims.com</title> <meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="10;url=http://liveops.icims.com"></HEAD> <BODY BGCOLOR="#ffffff" BGPROPERTIES="FIXED" TOPMARGIN="20" LEFTMARGIN="20"> <CENTER> <img src="https://images.icims.com/images/maintenance.jpg"><BR> <FONT FACE="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" SIZE=2> <H2>Service temporarily unavailable.</H2> liveops.icims.com is currently unavailable. We are working now to resolve the issue. <br> We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter. <br> You will be automatically redirected to liveops.icims.com when it becomes available. <br> <br><br><br><br> </FONT> </CENTER> </BODY>'

Hello. It sounds like you are possibly working on a specific customer issue and that should be addressed with our helpdesk team. They can work with you and compare our logs with what you are capturing.
