SandBox Testing. Getting "You do not have permission to access this profile due to search locks"



Hi,

Was able to retrieve candidate ID 2969 (url:https://api.icims.com/customers/6271/people/2969) via postman.

After editing Candidate ID 2969 (logging into the sandbox and tried to add phone/address/school/license) got the error "You do not have permission to access this profile due to search locks" while saving and as well doing a people search by typing in '2969' in the search window.

Again tried to retrieve Candidate ID 2969 via postman, but getting the below error.

"errorMessage": "Person is not accessible.",
"errorCode": 3
}
]

Any info/suggestions as to why this is happening now after attempting to edit the candidate 2969?

There is something that is blocking that candidate such as a search lock or hidden field on the profile. As you are working in a customer environment, please reach out to iCIMS Customer Support for assistance. https://community.icims.com/s/ Developer Support does not have access to client sites.
