Standard/Out of the box data extract for SFTP transfer

Not my wheelhouse, so hope I'm asking this the right way.  

Looking to bring data from our iCIMS implementation into our Snowflake DW.  Wondering if iCIMS offers any out of the box extracts with "core" data.

Hoping to start with a simple SFTP transfer.

This article is probably overkill based on your question but take a look at the article below. There are three tables near the bottom which include the basic data for three of the main profile types - people (candidates), jobs, and recruiting workflows.
