Cannot connect to API



Hi,
When connecting to the API, I am getting an error that my current IP address is not authorized. I gave our iCims contact my IP address to whitelist and it is still not connecting. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hopefully this has been resolved. If you are using Basic Authentication your IP addresses will need to be whitelisted on a per client basis by an iCIMS resource. You can use OAuth2.0 which will require a one-time configuration to get your client_id and secret. This will eliminate the need to whitelist IP addresses.
